Having someone work remotely on your accounts is a good way to get things done without you having to worry or spend your valuable time on it.

At MS Bookkeeping we have a selection of options to suit you. From working remotely to Outsourcing the whole of the accounts to our company or just having it set up with an online company such as Kashflow, DIY Accounting or Xero Online Accounting. The choice is yours.

It is essential that as a company you have a strong paper trail, and you must provide us with the following documents on a regular basis so we can complete your accounts in a timely fashion:

  • Bank Statements
  • Credit Card Statements
  • Cheque books or a list of cheques
  • Paying in books or a list of payments received
  • Purchase Invoices
  • Sales Invoices
  • Receipts (cash purchases)

We do not expect you to send us originals of these documents. Photocopies or scan copies are suffice. With regards to cheque and paying in books you can list the cheques written and payments received and send these to us.

Please ensure you keep receipts and bills for everything you purchase.

If you are VAT Registered you will need to keep a record of everything that you wish to claim back vat on (purchases) and pay vat on (sales).
